How can I connect Google Scholar to UDC Library's resources?

When you connect your Google Scholar account to UDC Library, Google Scholar will tell you if an article is available in the library's databases.

To connect your Google Scholar account to UDC Library, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to Google Scholar.
  2. In the upper left corner, click the three horizontal bars to view the menu.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Select Library links.
  5. Search for "University of the District of Columbia."
  6. Check both boxes that appear for UDC:

  7. Search results will now include links to materials at UDC Library. Where available, click the "Full-Text @ My Library" link to the right of an article title to access the article in a library databases. If you are off-campus, you may be prompted to enter your UDC email and password to view the article.

Log into your personal Google/Google Scholar account and turn on cookies to retain this setting.
