I want to request a book, and the catalog says it's in the Shared Collections Facility. What does that mean? Can I still get the book?

Yes. Books that are in the Shared Collections Facility are available for request through the Consortium Loan Service, just as is the case with books at other member libraries of the Washington Research Library Consortium.
