LRD librarians may be contacted several ways.

The reference desks for books and general reference (level 5) and serials and media (level 1) are staffed while the library is open.

Telephone assistance is available for books and general reference at 202-274-5104 and for serials and media at 202-274-6122.

Chat reference is also available. Look to the right side of this screen or at the link below.
