Answer

There is nothing intuitive about using library resources - it is easy to get confused. Sometimes you have no idea what your professor wants you to do with a research paper. Whatever the case may be, if you need to use the library and you're having problems of any sort, you can contact a reference librarian for help.

There are few ways you can do this:

  • Visit the reference desk on the 5th floor of Bldg 41 during reference desk hours.
  • Use the Ask A Librarian! box at the right of many of our screens to chat with a UDC reference librarian. (If the box is not visible that means no one is logged on.)
  • Email us at lrdreference@udc.edu.
  • Call the reference desk: 202-274-5104.
