How do I find journal articles?

To find journal articles you need to use an article database.  Journal articles cannot be found by searching the library catalog.

Article databases are grouped by subject (such as Chemistry) or by subject area (such as Social Sciences).

The library provides access to many article databases, most of which provide full-text access to articles.  See the link for a listing of our article databases grouped by subject.

Also, you don't have to be in the library to use these.  All electronic resources purchased by the LRD library can be used anywhere you have access to the internet.  Just access the item from the Library website and follow the login instructions.
